Method for indexing into Word docs.

Create the word document with the heading styles.
Run the created word doc through a conversion program that converts the word doc to html and all of the heading styles to anchor points
When adding a html doc as a resource, the add dialog box includes a list of anchor points in the html that can be selected.
references in to word doc are now just url#anchor urls into the converted html file.
