Karl: From 1989 on we had a cheese making operation, so we were producing cheese and meat and sheepskins and yarn and wool. All but the cheese was processed off farm. And the cheese was probably -- what percent of the product? Gross? (Do you mean back then or now?) Well, whenever.... Jane: Well better than 50% and probably more like 75% from cheese.
