BUILDING STRONGER PARTNERSHIPS

The world today is becoming ever more complex and challenging. Are you equipped to succeed?

Chances are you cannot solve your tough problems alone. You will need to collaborate and partner with others to get the solutions you need.

But collaboration and partnering are not easy. Navigating the maze of complex relationships needed to get results takes knowledge, skills and understanding.

Many partnerships fail because partners do not know how to partner. Lack of this partnering know how will hold back the partnering process, frustrate other partners and give poor results.

The approach used by DPS enabled the development of a lasting and equitable relationship, resulting in a unique partnering agreement that will form the foundation of our relationships for many years to come.

What We Do

We help partners solve tough problems, become strong partners and gain skills in ‘how to’ partner.

To do this we work with partners in three ways:

in the
middle

We broker solutions by chairing and facilitating partnering discussions, coaching and mentoring, and undertaking regular ‘partnering health checks’.

side by
side

We work side by side with organisations to develop their essential knowledge and skills in ‘how to partner’ through educating, coaching and mentoring.
